Mr. Jengela holds Master of Laws degree (LL.M) from the Open University of Tanzania, Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B Hons) from University of Dar es Salaam, and the Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
Mr. Jengela is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts subordinate thereto serve for the Primary Court. He is a Member of Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society. He is a Certified Director and experienced Company Secretarial activities.
He is a specialist in Oil and Gas, Debt Recovery, Corporate Law, Insurance Law, Construction law, Family law, Commercial Litigation, e-Commerce, Privacy and Data Protection, Cybersecurity and Public Private Partnership (PPP).
Before joining 255 LAW STUDIO Mr. Jengela worked for various government entities such as the Weights and Measures Agency (WMA) and the Universal Communications Service Access Fund (UCSAF) rising to the post of the Head of Legal Services Unit at WMA as well as UCSAF. He has experience in company secretarial activities as he served as the secretary to the Board and its Committees and the Workers Council.
Before joining WMA and UCSAF, Mr. Jengela worked for BEMORA Attorneys a law firm in Dar es Salaam. Having worked for BEMORA Attorneys, he gained vast experience in various legal matters such as due diligence investigation, Conveyancing, Company formation and civil and criminal litigation.
